At the back of the villa there is an outdoor kitchen with sink and barbecue, plus a bathroom with sink and washing machine and a separate toilet.
An ideal accommodation for families or groups of friends looking for tranquillity, privacy and to enjoy the pool, garden and sea. The cove of Platja Calafat is located just 600 metres from the villa.
Groups of young people, parties or guests under 25 years of age are not accepted.

Cancellation more than 30 days before the check-in date: Refund of half of the deposit, minus €70
Cancellation less than 30 days before the check-in date: No refund
