Adjoining the house, there is an independent accommodation where the owners live, they have their independent entrance and do not have access to the pool.
We offer for rent the main accommodation of one level with private pool!
The property is composed of a large living room dining room with direct access to the terrace, an open kitchen very well equipped.
There are two bedrooms with 1 double bed, 2 single beds and a sofa bed for 2 and two bathrooms.
Both bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The outdoor terrace has great mountain views and has a summer kitchen with charcoal barbecue and gas plancha.
You will have at your disposal television with French channels and internet.
To access the private pool and the small private terrace there are stairs.
Possibility to park the car in the street or in the driveway in front of the garage, the garage is not accessible to tenants.

Cancellation more than 30 days before the date of entry: Refund of half of the deposit, minus 70 €
Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival: No refund
