Description
We offer this charming, typically Spanish semi-detached house for rent.
Located in a beautiful condominium, you will have access to the communal area and its very large swimming pool.
At the heart of this area, planted with palm trees, coconut palms and olive trees, you'll also find a friendly bar, open to all, where you can enjoy a drink with friends!
With a built area of 135m², it has a large open-plan kitchen-dining-living room area, air-conditioned and very bright, with access to the covered terrace/garden.
In the living room you will find a 190 cm HD screen with access to French and Spanish channels.
There is also a separate WC in the entrance hall.
Upstairs, the sleeping area comprises 3 bedrooms:
The air-conditioned master suite, with its own shower room + WC, and access to the terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool. It has a king-size bed (180cm wide).
One double bedroom, with a 140cm bed and sea view.
One bedroom with 2 single beds (2x 90cm), access to the terrace and ceiling fan.
In the corridor, another air-conditioning unit keeps these last two bedrooms cool.
Finally, there is another large bathroom on the first floor, with bath, WC, double washbasin and washing machine (8kgs).
In the fully enclosed garden, the outdoor bar/kitchen is the perfect place to spend convivial moments with friends and family! You can also stretch out on the sun loungers to soak up the sun, or relax in the shade of the large palm tree!
At the front of the house, a beautiful olive tree welcomes you and you can park up to 3 cars.
The house has WiFi, 4 sun loungers, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, dishwasher and induction hobs.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
For any cancellation, regardless of the date on which it is communicated to the agency, an administration fee of €70 will be retained.
Depending on the date of cancellation, the refund terms are as follows:
Cancellation more than 60 days before the date of entry: Refund of the full deposit, minus 70€
Cancellation more than 30 days before the date of entry: Refund of half of the deposit, minus 70€
Cancellation less than 30 days prior to entry date: No refund
